All the Imphal DTDC courier services are Horrible, worst of the worst courier service and there is no other words to describe how worst it is. so i suggest never ever use this service in future
My order was dispatched on 27 July. Still haven't received. Its been 19 days now. N another problem they have more than one branch if i wanna check where my goods have arrived there are no options. If at least they give us the option we would be able to go and collect our goods. Poor service. And the worst one is none of the concerned person will read our comments and complaints.
My parcel was from coimbatore which was dispatched on July 27. The shipment arrived Imphal on 7 of August. Still its not delivered. What took them these so many days to deliver????
I am posting this comment again. The shipment arrived imphal on 7th of aug. I went to transit office (airport area) on 23th of august. I saw the door was opening. I went and enquired the staff. They replied the area is in containment zone. One of the staffs who was loading goods in vehicle told me they cannot do delivery because of the area being under containment zone. And yet he was opening the shop and loading the parcels. I again requested other staff who was inside n again he said he cannot find the goods told me to come after two three days. On 27 i went again by that time containment zone restriction has been lifted. I went and requested the staff who asked me to come latter and he said again i cannot find ur parcel at this time... What the fuck is this service. Worst courier in the world. I feel like arsoning the office now.
