Should be given award for excellence in fooling the customers and third class customer service in lost baggage handling department. Have opened many phone line services and e-mail accounts but have no courtesy to reply customers. will give you a file reference number and tell you to wait and they relax just by tracing the number on their baggage tracer. Seriously, have no idea or have any action plan. You people are happy as you got your fare. ,,, nothing to do with passengers luggage. any way at the end will give some compensation.

On 1st jan (9W504) Mangalore to Sharjah at 9am was cancelled and no prior information was given. Later the authorities gave night flight (9W532) Mangalore to Dubai at 11.30pm. We were not provided with refund of taxi fare nor accomadation for the 14hr time interval, we travelled back home at our own expenses.
At night 8pm when i came back to airport i was shocked to hear that the flight has again been cancelled and again no information of cancellation . But i was promised next day flight of 7.30am, but again no travel expenses or overnight stay expenses was been provided which I was eligible.
But 9w532 was delayed for 1hr 20min .
Who is responisible for the inconvinence and the burden of taxi fare 6400 irs, and fatique. I didnt expect such behaviour from jet airways, after providing with telephone and email no attempts being made to give prior information.
Who will pay my expenses caused by jet airways staff.
We carry 1 kg extra we are made to pay now what for this.

on Dec 31 2016 flight from Paris to Mumbai 9W123 was cancelled.Passengers were stranded for 36 hours in Paris. Initially at around 10:30 the flight was delayed for 2-3 hours due to technical difficulties. Then they started boarding passengers in the flight. Flight did not take off for another 2 hours. Passengers were asked to evacuate the airplane with their luggage. They announced that flight had technical issues. For many hours after that they did not announce any update on flight. At 9pm at night after passengers demanding some answers they announced that flight completely cancelled and HAS NOT update on when flight will take off next day. The passengers were hungry, tired and frustrated.
Hotel accommodation process was nightmare. There were looong line to get accommodation. It took 5 hours for the staff to provide hotel to passengers.
Next day staff asked passengers to come back at 6:30 in the morning. In morning there was no shuttle to bring passenger back from Hotel to Airport. There were no update on when flight will take off.
This is the worst airline ever in their customer relation and services. Absolutely worst service ever.
This flight experience is giving nightmares of flying anywhere. The worst travel experience ever this airline.

when i search my mail there is no bill receipt now i want to subit bill in office then i will get my money back .

Hello,
We travelled from Bangalore to Bali through Jet Airways on April 30. On reaching Bali airport, the immigration found that my son's passport was short of the 6 months international travel validity. My son was detained at the Bali airport and kept in a holding room. They deported my son. We (his parents) also returned back with my son (16 years old).

The three was us were sent back from Bali to Singapore on JetStar on the first available flight. On landing in Singapore, my son was escorted by police from the aircraft to the immigration.

My son was detained in Singapore airport and was held up in a IP holding room away from us. We were left in Singapore airport transit area without our son and with no onward tickets or boarding passes. We were told we cannot be in the transit area because we didn't have onward tickets or boarding passes.

We had no information on what the status of our travel would be and most importantly about my son's detained status.

My son was released the next morning and boarded on Jet airways flight to Bangalore. After a lot of struggle and pain, we managed to get our tickets on the same flight.

On reaching Bangalore, my son was again escorted to the immigration and we spent close to 2 hours at immigration because of the deported status.

It was traumatic and harrowing to say the least. An intended holiday turned out to be the worst experience of our lives. The traumatic impact was most on my son (16 yrs old) who was detained, interrogated and deported from two countries.

It was stressful and traumatic both mentally and physically. There was a huge monetary loss as well.

I understand we shouldn't have been allowed to board the flight with a passport that doesn't meet the 6 months validity stipulation for international travel. JetAirways allowed us to board the flight from Bangalore to Singapore and then from Singapore to Denpasar. Had they stopped us, we wouldn't have gone through this agony and the monetary loss.

I got an acknowledgement from you to the email that sent to the email that sent saying you will revert by May 9. There has been no response from you despite multiple follow up emails from me. Can someone take the trouble of spending 2 mins to reply to me about the status on this.

Dear Jet Airways Team.

I would like to share one of the life time bad experience with Jet Airways Team.I had booked three ticket for my family. My Sister along with two kids travel from Delhi to Hydrabad flight no 9W 643 PNR no MLVIBY on 27th May 18.My ticket was confirmed in advance but when reached at T3 airport for check in then one of the airport representative acknowledge us that your flight has been left.We was shocked because schedule arrival time was 19.10 and we reached at 16.10 at T3.

When we start to knowing the reason as a customer then in rude way one of your duty manager named Sangita tell us that it's not our fault and you have to wait for next two hour and blamed us badly.When I called form Hydrabad then she disconnect the call instead of solve the situation.

I called to jet airways help desk then they try to misguided me ie your agent did not mention your contact details with your PNR no so we did not acknowledge the changes.I called to my agent about this carelessness then he assured me that form agent side we already configured the details.

Finally for my satisfaction my agent took jet airways team take on conference call, then finally jet representative accept there mistake and apology.

My sister having two kids frequently ask the jet airport team for next flight but they completely ignore them even not bothering being in hospitality sector.

Again I contact at 19.00 with my agent and create the pressure then again he took your team on conference call then your executive again apology and brief me that tell your family ie we do have flight at 19.30 so contact airport team without knowing the time parameter.

My family stand nearby counter almost 3 hour continuesly and when i call then my sister contact again your representative Miss Sangita again.Sanguta blame my family that we find you but you was not there so come at 20.00 we will do some thing.

I book next flight from Hydrabad already schedule at 23.50 to Singapore so I cancel all my flight and loss more than 40000 rs along with big harresment.

When I did not get any positive response then I tweet to aviation authority and raise my concern then them.Thanks to ministry of avation because when they came to yhe jet counter and discuss with your airport team then your team arrange flight to Mumbai at 21.30 9w 312 and tell us on mean while we will arrange flight for you from Mumbai to Hydrabad.

Afterward they send my family to Mumbai but did not acknowledge the next details.Again at 00.30 mid night I called to jet airways help desk and ask about next details then instead of apology they told me it happens sometime and they can not anything.

In the end they again book the flight at 3.00 am to Hydrabad and my family reach at 4.30 early morning finally.

I have few point to get explanations being a customer.

Why your Jet Team did not acknowledge the flight changes by mail and contact?

Being a single lady along with two kid even
No one offer any food, any water not event assist.

As a customer where we was wrong so did almost start my family journey at 16.00 form T3 and finish at 4.30 am in Hydrabad.

After no of calls till now no one come up with apology and bare my compensation being a hospitality company.

Till now my family is not stable and Jet Airways even not bother.Being a professional I will definitely take this matter in long way and want justice so no family and kids come and face this situation.

Whole time Jet Team manipulate the issue.Its normal for you people but not normal for family.kidly brief your team how to handle situation.

I hope you consider my suggestion and come back with solution.

During baggage security scanning check.
A week ago during travelling my family misplaced the pawn of gold worth more than a lakh and after self-search we lost the hope of getting it back !!.!!!,
I was travelling overseas filled with a huge Disappointment, but Things was twisted in a factor of time!! When we found the lost gold pouch inside my suitcase. It was wonderful movement she made my day successful with hope. I would say.....thank jet air team and Nweditha for the great support during the time .

I flew out on the 6/4/19 to London-Mumbai and was due to return back to London on the 19/4/19 but Jet airways emailed me and cancelled my flight.
so i phoned you head office in (Andheri) and they advised me to rebook on to another flight and they advised me that they will give me a full refund i did advised them that the flight was costing me £3203.98 for 2 passengers and they said that is fine we will give you a full refund.
so the only flight i could book was with Qatar airways to Mumbai-Cardiff so i had to get a taxi from Cardiff to London which cost me another £300.
I look forward to receiving my full refund.
