Worst DTDC courier branch!!! They don't even deliver in time, taking more than 10 days.
Its true,i hav'nt recieve my parcel till nw,its14 days nw
They took me a month to reach. Never use DTDC while sending parcel to Manipur. Very irresponsive, they would hang up their phones for long hours and keep us in tension. Shit heads! losers... when i come there I would definitely want to see who's operating.
i have send a one parcel from kerela to manipur on 12/10/2012. it is not yet delivered. there is no meaning os sending parcel by DTDC courrier service.
Fuck this DTDC Imphal! Let them learn how to dealt with Customer if they want to do bussiness.

i bought some items from ebay but two items whose bill numbers p40909388,m50162858 are yet to received . but e bay says its alredy delivered.

Point to be noted before sending your stuffs at manipur via DTDC, the workers in manipur are too lazy to deliver your stuffs,you have to go at the office if you want your stuff!! they don't update in time !!

All the Imphal DTDC courier services are Horrible, worst of the worst courier service and there is no other words to describe how worst it is. so i suggest never ever use this service in future
You are true its been more then 4 days booked on 16 jan till 20 jan only pick up no process at all if i have to carry n send 1 guy it will be recived, from imphal to guwahati they dnt even dispatched for send when we track it hav to recived withen 3 days bt who they are to know our problem....

My order was dispatched on 27 July. Still haven't received. Its been 19 days now. N another problem they have more than one branch if i wanna check where my goods have arrived there are no options. If at least they give us the option we would be able to go and collect our goods. Poor service. And the worst one is none of the concerned person will read our comments and complaints.
My parcel was from coimbatore which was dispatched on July 27. The shipment arrived Imphal on 7 of August. Still its not delivered. What took them these so many days to deliver????
Go for any courier services but not dtdc. Very bad service.

I am posting this comment again. The shipment arrived imphal on 7th of aug. I went to transit office (airport area) on 23th of august. I saw the door was opening. I went and enquired the staff. They replied the area is in containment zone. One of the staffs who was loading goods in vehicle told me they cannot do delivery because of the area being under containment zone. And yet he was opening the shop and loading the parcels. I again requested other staff who was inside n again he said he cannot find the goods told me to come after two three days.
On 27 i went again by that time containment zone restriction has been lifted. I went and requested the staff who asked me to come latter and he said again i cannot find ur parcel at this time... What the fuck is this service. Worst courier in the world. I feel like arsoning the office now.
And more important ones i feel like shooting the staffs of dtdc Imphal especially airport transit office.
Yes it is d worst courier service.... All d staffs r very irresponsible (for Imphal airport)..... They never share their contact number..... Never use DTDC..... Take many days to deliver

My parcel started transit from 27-august-2020 from Delhi to imphal but sitll i don't get my parcels still....
And one thing is that they already collect for air trasit charged per kg 180/- and still did not received my parcels .... I want to know
