After reaching Shillong DTDC office, they are calling to collect the parcel from office & saying that there is no delivery service to the destination address I have given. My question is that why they accept the parcel if they don't have the delivery service to the address given. My stand is that they cannot return the parcel and by any means it should be delivered to the address given. They cannot fooled the customer
I don't what they are still doing without delivering the product which i ordered. The product has already reached from 5th of july and still i havent get the order.
They are really irresponsible. I called up once and they picked up the phone and as of low network coverage i had to end the call and when i try to call back that lady did not pick up the phone anymore. It was call waiting for half an hour and when i call again, no answer. What is this you're doing?! Its been 8 days already. Shame on you DTDC.
What is wrong with your deliver.!!is this the way how you attract customer shame on you guys,i just wish DTDC was never there for deliver,you guys are so irresponsible with your job.wish i could get back the amout i paid and never ever use your company anymore.

Tracking shows out for delivery for 2 days but haven't received the parcel yet. Totally irresponsible on the part of DTDC.
